Grilled Corn with Cilantro Lime Butter
Serves: 10
  • 10 ears of corn
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  1. In small bowl add butter, cilantro, garlic lime juice and salt. Mix until combined.
  2. Heat a grill on medium high. Place corn over direct heat and cook 15 minutes turning every 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove corn from grill and pull down husks to the end. You can now place the corn over direct heat, to get a little char on the corn if you want.
  4. Spread cilantro lime butter over corn and sprinkle with Parmesan.
