Add melting wafers to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments until smooth.
Using a fork cover oreo with chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Press two candy eyes and a mini M&M on the oreo
Unwrap the starbursts and microwave for 5 seconds. remove and cut starburst into six tiny pieces. Mold one piece into the shape of a carrot and place on the snowman for the nose.
Using the gel frosting draw a mouth on the snowman cookie.
Allow to harden at room temperature

Add one teaspoon coconut oil or shortening to the melted chocolate if desired can make it easier to work with.
