Hey there, foodies!
Welcome to Butter Your Biscuit!
I’m Wendie, the face and flavor behind this delectable journey through the world of food. My passion for all things cooking has led me here, sharing easy recipes anyone can make from home!
My Journey
My story with food started in my grandmother's cozy kitchen, where I'd watch in awe as she whipped up delectable dishes with a sprinkle of this and a dash of that, no recipe book in sight. Her love for creating magic with simple ingredients ignited my own love affair with cooking.
I have no culinary training, just a mom that likes to cook. I love to experiment with recipes of all kinds. My love for cooking has really started since my kids have grown and become more independent. I'm a true believer that anyone can cook and it doesn't have to be complicated.
Some of the recipes I share are originals and some have been tweaked over the years. My recipes are easy using simple ingredients that you would find in your kitchen.
Learn to make something you've never made before, and remember food tastes better when you cook it with love!

I get this question a lot! Maybe someday but at this time I do not have a cookbook for sale.
