Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounce cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the coating

  • 3/4 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • graham crackers or fruit


  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the cheese ball. Mix until combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.

  2. On a small plate add the ingredients for the coating. Mix. Roll the cheese ball until covered.

  3. Serve with crackers
