Mexican Pinwheels
Servings 24 pinwheels
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1- 1/2 cups diced chicken
- 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 3 (12 inch) Flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll them tightly and wrap them with saran wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1 inch slices. Serve
