Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1- 1/2 cups diced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 (12 inch) Flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll them tightly and wrap them with saran wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice the rolled tortillas into 1 inch slices. Serve
