Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1- 1/2 cups diced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 (12 inch) Flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until combined.

  2. Spread the mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll them tightly and wrap them with saran wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1 inch slices. Serve
