This Country Style Beef Ribs and Gravy dinner has super tender beef, smothered in a rich gravy. It only requires q few ingredients and 10 minutes of prep from you.
In In a Dutch oven or heavy pot, whisk together the onion gravy, broth, and Worcestershire sauce, until combined.
Add the beef, season with salt and pepper. Then add the onions, bay leaves, and garlic cloves.
Pour the Cherry Coke into the pot, cover, and bake 3 hours. Remove the lid, and bake for another 30 minutes or until tender.
If you want to thicken the gravy, whisk together the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until combined. When the beef is done, remove it to a platter. Heat the Dutch oven on medium-high heat and whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Bring to a low boil for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Remove the Bay leaves and serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.

You can also use a chuck roast, beef loin, Tri-tip, or Short Rib,s either bone-in or boneless.
