Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place a cooling rack on a baking sheet or spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, add the olive oil and the seasonings and mix until combined.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and brush the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chicken thighs. Even getting some under the skin.
Place the chicken onto the prepared baking sheet, skin side up.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. You can also turn the top broiler on for the last 2-4 minutes to make the skin extra crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and serve!
Notes
Make sure your chicken thighs are roughly the same size for even cooking.
Boneless skinless chicken thighs can be used as well as chicken breasts but you'll need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
