1 -10ouncecan rotel diced tomatoes with chiles undrained
1 ½poundschicken breast
10ouncesspaghetti
2cupsshredded cheeseI use Colby jack
Instructions
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Rotel tomatoes into the crockpot and mix.
Place the chicken into the crockpot making sure to cover the breasts with the sauce. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
Cook the spaghetti to al dente according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
Once the chicken is cooked through shred it with two forks and stir.
Add in the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese, and stir, cover with the lid for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add salt and pepper to taste, enjoy!

Cream of mushroom or cream of celery will also work in place of cream of chicken
