Equipment
Ingredients
- 3 cups roasted peanuts
- 1 (12 ounce) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (8 ounce) semi sweet melting bar
- 1 (12 ounce) bag peanut butter chips
- 1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
- sprinkles, dehydrated marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or baking mats.
- Add the roasted peanuts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the chocolate chips on top of the peanuts.
- Break up the melting bar and place on top along with the peanut butter chips.
- Followed by the whit chocolate chips.
- Cook on LOW for 1-2 hours stirring halfway through.
- Once the chocolate is melted, use a 2-inch cookie scoop or spoon and scoop the cluster onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Add aprinkles of your choice and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until fully set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Always cook on LOW. High heat can scorch the chocolate or make it seize. Let the crockpot do its thing—no need to rush it.
- You can use dry-roasted, salted, unsalted, or even a mix. Salted adds that perfect sweet-salty contrast, while unsalted keeps them more mellow.
- A small cookie scoop gives you perfectly sized clusters. They set quicker and make for a great giftable size.
