Croissant Turkey Melts are loaded with slices of turkey and melted cheese, all sandwiched between fluffy, golden brown pieces of croissant rolls. Brushed with a seasoned butter mixture to create the ultimate cozy sandwich.
Slice croissant rolls in half and layer each sandwich with the honey mustard, turkey and cheese add on the top croissant.
In a small bowl, melt the butter, garlic powder, and everything but the bagel seasoning and mix until combined. Brush over the tops of the sandwiches, cover with aluminium foil, place in the center of the oven, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5 -7 minutes.

You can make your own honey mustard by mixing honey and mustard together.For meal prep: You can prepare these sandwiches 2-3 days prior, and store them in the refrigerator. Keep the butter and seasonings in a small container, then melt the butter, brush it on, and bake when ready.
