Ingredients

½ pound bacon cut into pieces
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 cups colby Jack cheese shredded
3 cups lettuce shredded
½ cup red onions diced
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
1 pound shaved ham
1 pound shaved turkey
4 burrito size flour tortillas

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy and remove to a paper towel to drain.
In a medium bowl add the cream cheese, cooked bacon and shredded cheese and mix until combined.
In another bowl add the shredded lettuce, diced onions and Italian dressing and toss.
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla and spread the mixture to the edges.
On one edge of the tortilla layer the turkey and ham and add some shredded lettuce above the meats.
Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Cut into slices and serve!
