This homemade apple pie granola is buttery, cinnamon-sweet and full of crunchy apple chips. One bowl, one pan, and it keeps for over a week.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
in a lmedium bowl mix tohgether the melted butter, maple syrup, salt, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla whisk until combined.
In a large bowl add the oats, brown sugar and apple chips.
Pour in the butter mixture and mix until everything is well coated.
Spread granola onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Stirring every 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely then break up into chunks.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-4 weeks. , up to 2 months in the refrigerator, and 3 to 6 months in the freezer
