These Kielbasa Bites are made with smoky, savory beef kielbasa slices that are simmered in a sweet yet tangy sauce until they’re perfectly glazed and caramelized. Perfect to pair with any of your favorite sides!
Slice the kielbasa links into ½ inch slices and place them on a foil lined baking sheet
Heat a medium sauce pan on medium low heat. Add the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and red pepper flakes. Let the brown sugar melt, stirring every couple of minutes.
Pour over the sausage and toss them with a spatula until coated
Bake 15 minutes, give them another toss and bake another 15 minutes.
Notes
The brown sugar will stick when it cools its highly recommend to use a foil lined baking sheet or disposable baking tin.I use beef, but you can use whatever kind you prefer.
