Instructions
Place the stew meat, potatoes, onions, garlic, soup mix, and cajun seasoning into the slow cooker.
Add the pieces of butter on top, cover and cook 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. Serve!
Notes
Yukon gold or red potatoes are good substitutes, just make sure they are cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
