These Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups are a cozy, comforting dinner made with tender turkey, savory stuffing, and creamy gravy all baked together in one easy dish. It’s the perfect way to enjoy all those classic holiday flavors any night of the week with simple ingredients and minimal prep.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Heat a medium saucepan on medium high heat and add the chicken broth and butter until melted.
Add in the stovetop stuffing mix and stir until combined, turn off the heat and set aside.
Heat another saucepan on medium heat and add the soup, gravy mix and water and mix until smooth. Let come to a simmer and turn off the heat.
Place a slice of turkey on a cutting board and add about 1/2 cup of prepared stuffing in the middle.
Roll the turkey slice up, and place it into the prepared baking dish.
Pour 1/3 of the gravy mixture over the top of the turkey roll-ups. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with the remaining gravy.

This is a perfect dish for leftover turkey, stuffing and gravy.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.Freeze: place rolls in a freezer-safe dish, cover with gravy, then wrap tightly with foil.
