1 1/4cups white chocolate chipsplus some extra for the top
1cupmacadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix.
In a large bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, and mix until creamy.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix just until combined.
Mix in the dry ingredients just until combined.
Using a spatula or wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Refrigerate the cookie dough for 2 hours.
Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, place scoops on the baking sheets, and add a few more white chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, cookies will continue to cook as they cool.

Don't overmix the cookie dough, or you may end up with dense cookies. Only stir in the nuts and chocolate chips until they're incorporated.Use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon measure for evenly sized cookies.To make perfect circle cookies: When they come out of the oven, quickly use a round object like a cookie cutter or cup to reshape the warm cookies into perfect circlesTo Freeze: Scoop the dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours or until frozen. Place in a freezer bag until ready to use.
