In a oven safe skillet melt butter. Add in honey and garlic and whisk until combined.
Add in carrots and toss to coat, sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are fork-tender.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Try and keep your carrots the same size for even cooking.If you don't have an oven-safe skillet. Melt butter and saute garlic in a skillet. Place carrots in a baking dish pour garlic butter and honey over the carrots and toss. Bake as directed.Store leftover cooked carrots in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
