- 1 large head cauliflower
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cut cauliflower into 1 1/2" large florets
In a large bowl add cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese gently toss until mixed.
Spread cauliflower out evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender
Garnish with more Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley
