Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Cut cauliflower into 1 1/2" large florets
  • In a large bowl add cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese gently toss until mixed.
  • Spread cauliflower out evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender
  • Garnish with more Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley
