Using a fork cover oreo with chocolate and place on parchment paper.

Press two candy eyes and a mini M&M on the oreo

Unwrap the starbursts and microwave for 5 seconds. remove and cut the starburst into six tiny pieces. Mold one piece into the shape of a carrot and place it on the snowman for the nose.

Using the gel frosting draw a mouth on the snowman cookie.

Allow hardening at room temperature
