Bacon Jalapeno Cheese Ball

Bacon Jalapeno cheese ball is my family's favorite. With just the right amount of spice, coated with pieces of crispy bacon. Makes a delicious spread for crackers, Crostini, or even raw veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 jalapeno finely diced remove seeds for less heat
  • 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the coating

  • 5 slices bacon cooked and chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the cheese ball. Mix until combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
  • On a small plate add the ingredients for the coating. Mix. Roll the cheese ball until covered.
  • Serve with crackers
