- 5 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes juiced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and using a spoon scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Serve with tortilla chips.
