Ingredients

  • 5 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and using a spoon scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
