Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta sandwich rolls or 1 loaf
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice the ciabatta rolls or loaf in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl add the softened butter, garlic, and salt and mix until combined.
  • Spread the butter mixture over the ciabatta bread.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top with the fresh parsley.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into triangles or slices and serve!

Notes

  • Use a serrated knif to slice your rolls or lof in half.
  • Use real garlic instead of garlic powder for a more intense and flavorful taste. Use a garlic press or mince garlic by hand to help distribute the flavor evenly throughout the bread.
  • Use real butter instead of margarine or other substitutes for a richer butter mixture, and more authentic flavor.
