Air Fryer Roasted Garlic

Air Fryer Roasted Garlic is a simple and fast way to turn an ordinary head of garlic into an even more delectable ingredient to use in so many of your recipes! You'll get beautiful golden brown, caramelized with the perfect mellow flavor every time.

Ingredients

  • 3 heads of garlic
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees
  • Cut off the tops of the garlic heads to expose the top of the cloves inside.
  • Place the heads on top of a piece of aluminum foil drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil on top of each garlic head and sprinkle evenly the salt and pepper on top.
  • Wrap the foil around the garlic heads.
  • Air fry for 30 minutes
  • Carefully unwrap the foil and check wo see if the garlic is tender by poking it with a fork.
  • If it’s not tender wrap it back up and let it fry another 5 minutes.
  • Remove the foil from the fryer and let it cool 10 minutes. Then squeeze the garlic head from thew bottom until the garlic comes out.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled then you can store in an airtight container covered with olive oil until and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Oven directions: Place the wrapped garlic in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
