This Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is loaded with tender chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese all wrapped in a soft tortilla for an easy lunch or dinner.

For The Wraps
3-4cupsRomaine leaveschopped
2cupsrotisserie chicken
6slicesbacon
3Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
1/2cupfreshly grated Parmesan
1/4cupcroutons coarsely chopped
4(10 inch)flour tortillas
Instructions
Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Store in a container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
For The Wraps
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy, and remove to a paper towel to drain.
In a large bowl, add the chopped Romaine, cooked chicken, bacon, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and 1/2 of the dressing (see notes), and toss until coated.
Lay the tortilla out on a flat surface and divide the salad evenly.
Tuck the sides in and roll the tortilla tightly. Slice in half and serve!

Notes
I recommend tossing with 1/2 of the dressing first, you can always add more or just add it to the side of the wraps.If packing for lunches I recommend just adding the dressing on the side.
