Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders are loaded with flavorful loose ground beef, melty cheese, and buttery toasted buns for the ultimate comfort food meal. Inspired by classic Maid Rite sandwiches, these easy baked sliders are perfect for game day, parties, potlucks, or quick family dinners.

Sriracha Mayonnaise

2teaspoonssriracha sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions and season with salt and pepper, add in the garlic cook until the beef is browned. Drain any extra fat.
In a small bowl whisk together the water, brown sugar, beef bouillon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, until combined.
Add sauce mixture into the beef and cook on medium-high until the liquid is evaporated and remove from heat.
While the meat mixture is simmering, mix the mayo and sriracha together in a small bowl and set aside.
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Add the ground beef mixture to the sliders.
Then sprinkle on the chopped dill pickles. Followed by the cheese slices.
Spread the mayo mixture on the other half of the slider buns and place them on top of the cheese.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut them up and serve!

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can reheat the slider in the microwave for 30-second increments until warm.Let the beef simmer in the seasoned liquid long enough for all the flavors to soak into the meat.
