Carefully cut the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them intact so that you have tops and bottoms. Place them cut side up on a 9x13 sheet pan and lightly toast under the broiler for about 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Change the oven temperature to 350 degrees. Spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the bottom of the toasted slider rolls into the prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl mix the mustard and mayonnaise together. Spread ½ of the mustard mix over the bottom of the slider rolls. Place the 8 of the swiss cheese halves on the bottom layer of rolls, overlapping if necessary. Add the sliced ham, folding over as needed, then top with the pulled pork. Arrange a single layer of dill pickle chips on top of the pulled pork layer, then finish with the remaining Swiss cheese halves, gently pressing down to even the sliders.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Spread the remaining mustard mix on the cut side of the roll tops. Gently place the toasted top slider rolls. Brush the tops with the melted butter, then generously sprinkle them with the poppy seeds.
Cover the dish with foil and bake until the cheese is melty and it is heated throughout, about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Serve individual sliders while still warm.
Notes
Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
You can find cooked pulled pork in the meat dept of your grocery store or make my homemade version here.
Any deli style sliced ham will be a sufficient substitute.
swiss cheese is very mild in flavor and taste. You can substitute with sliced cheddar or sliced mozzarella if you don’t like Swiss cheese.
