In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and italian dressing until combined.
Slice your buns in half and set the tops aside for now, and place the bottom rolls on a baking sheet or baking dish.
Spread the mayo mixture onto the bottom buns .
Add a layer of ham on you buns followed by the pepperoni, salami and provolone cheese.
Add the roasted red peppers and pepperoncini on the cheese, then place the top bun on top.
In a small bowl mix the melted butter with the italian seasoning until mixed, and spread 1/2 of the melted butter on top of the slider rolls.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Brush with the remaining butter if desired and serve!

It helps to use a serrated knife to cut through the sliders.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.Make ahead friendly: Assemble the sliders up to a day ahead, cover tightly, and refrigerate. Add the mayo mixture on the top buns and brush with butter right before baking.
