Nutter Butter Ghosts turn ordinary cookie treats into adorable, festive Halloween ghosts featuring melted white chocolate candy melts, spooky candy eyeballs, and mini chocolate chips, all in a matter of only 30 minutes!
In a medium sized bowl, melt the white chocolate melts in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in-between. You could also use a double boiler!
While the chocolate is melting, prepare a baking sheet, or large plate lined with parchment paper and set aside.
When the chocolate is melted, dip 1/2-3/4th of the nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate and tap gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess. Carefully place onto the prepared parchment paper.
You will want to work quickly, so the chocolate doesn’t start to firm up. Gently place two eyeballs and a mini chocolate chip for the mouth.
Let sit until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!

You could use white almond bark, or even white chocolate chips!These will store in an airtight container or bag for about 5-6 days.
