In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, ranch, paprika, and chipotle in adobo sauce and mix until combined. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, ranch, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley and mix until combined.
Divide the mixture into 6 balls and form into patties. They will shrink a bit as they cook, so make sure you shape the beef into a thick disk shape and then make a wide, deep indentation in the middle of the patty. You can also use a patty press.
Heat a grill on high heat and brush the oil over the grates using a paper towel.
Place the burgers over direct heat grill 2-4 minutes flip and grill another 2-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove the burger to indirect heat and place the cheese on top, cover the grill until the cheese is melted.
Serve on toasted buns with chipotle ranch sauce and your favorite toppings.

Place extra chipotle in adobo sauce into a ziplock freezer bag and freeze for another use. You can also use 1-2 teaspoons chipotle powder if you prefer.Make the burger patties ahead of time and store in the fridge for a day or in the freezer for a couple of months.Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and all your favorite burger toppings!
