Who doesn’t love a comforting soup or stew? From classics like Loaded Potato Soup  to those with a twist, like Pasta E Fagioli Soup. I love a quick and easy soup like Copycat Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup for those crazy busy weeknights but yet still hearty and comforting. Soups are also great to make a double batch and freeze like my Slow Cooker Bean and Bacon Soup for another quick meal or lunch.
