Breakfast has always been my favorite meal, I never skip it, it's just a great way to start the day.ย  These babies are packed with so many layers of flavor, eggs, sausage, bacon, veggies, tots, and of course cheese. Although they are really very versatile, you can add whatever veggies you have on hand or leave them out altogether.ย

  1. I do a recipe very similar to this. I cook my meats, then add thawed tater tots to the pan after draining grease. (Thaw tots in microwave for 2-3 minutes). Then depending on my mood, I either take everything out and set aside to cook eggs or I just add the eggs to all of it. I also reheat frozen in microwave for about 45sec to 1 min give or takeโ€ฆthen finish off in the airfryer for about 4-5 min @370. It keeps burrito from being soggy. Your additional ingredients are going into my next batch.

I just made a batch of these and had enough left to make two small sample burrito's and both my husband and myself loved them! It takes some time to prep everything but worth it. I will definitely make these again as well as share the recipe with friends.
