Why make this no-bake cheesecake
Itโs perfect for when you want something indulgent but donโt feel like turning on the oven. This easy treat is a crowd-pleaser for birthdays, cookouts, potlucks, or anytime you're craving something sweet and simple. Make it for the Oreo lovers in your life, or when you need a make-ahead dessert that looks impressive but takes minimal effort! Another one of my favorite no-bake desserts is my Lemon Icebox Cake!
How to make this no-bake dessert

- Step 1: Whip together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Step 2: Place Oreos in a bag and roughly crush them using a rolling pin or glass.
- Step 3: Mix together the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy.

- Step 4: Gently fold in the crushed Oreos. Don't mix them.
- Step 5: Add the filling to the store-bought Oreo crust or homemade until smooth. Chill!

Recipe Tips
- Use full-fat cream cheese It gives your cheesecake a rich, creamy texture and helps it set properly. Make sure itโs softened before mixing to avoid lumps.
- Crush Oreos by hand for mix-ins more coarsely (instead of pulverizing them) adds texture to the filling and makes every bite more interesting.
- Gently fold in the Oreos
- Let it chill overnight at minimum, chill for 6 hoursโovernight is best for a firm, sliceable cheesecake with great flavor.
