Ingredients Needed

- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts: I prefer to use boneless and skinless for slightly quicker cooking.
- Seasonings: A blend of paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt and black pepper infuses the chicken with flavor.
- Mayonnaise: Helps rtenderize the chicken and adds lots of flavor in every bite!
- Parmesan Cheese: Grated is recommended.
How to Make this Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken

- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the mayo and seasonings.
- Step 2: Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, cover with the mayo mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake!

Recipe Tips
- Before slicing, allow the chicken to sit for about 10 minutes after cooking. This allows all of the juices and heat to evenly distribute for more tender chicken.
- This recipe can also be made using boneless, skinless chicken thighs. You'll need to add a couple of minutes of cooking time, as chicken thighs take slightly longer to cook than chicken breasts.
- Using chicken breasts that are all the same size and thickness will promote more even cooking.
- Because of the mayonnaise coating, this chicken may not freeze and thaw all that well.

Recipe FAQ's
Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest part of each piece of chicken. Once they've reached an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F, they're good to go.
Because of the fat and acid in mayonnaise, adding it to your chicken can actually help tenderize the meat. This is what gives this chicken its melt-in-your-mouth quality!
