Ingredients Needed

- Ritz Crackers: These buttery crackers are the perfect base for your no bake cookies.
- Marshmallow Fluff: Light and sweet fluff is a great filling and channels the same flavor and texture as roasted marshmallows!
- Melting Wafers: Using chocolate wafers as the coating ensures that they'll melt easily and avoid burnt or seized chocolate.
- Graham Crackers: You'll just need graham cracker crumbs for a fun topping, so you can buy full graham crackers and crumble them up or just buy the crumbs.
- Mini Marshmallows: Another fun topping, mini marshmallows or marshmallow bites are small enough to use on top.
How to Make these Ritz S'mores Cookies

- Step 1: Arrange Ritz crackers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and add a scoop of fluff to each cracker.
- Step 2: Top the marshmallow creme with another cracker.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, melt the chocolate wafers. Use a fork to dip each cracker sandwich.
- Step 4: Place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows.

Recipe Tips
- For some other topping options, try colorful sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or even some crumbled chocolate almond bark.
- You can also make this recipe using graham cracker squares instead of the Ritz crackers. Of course, they'll end up square instead of circular if you do!
- National S'mores Day is on August 10th, so this recipe is a great way to make more accessible s'mores treats!
- If you want the chocolate to set faster, place the finished cookies in the fridge or freezer.
