Recipe FAQ's

How do you know when chicken tenders are done?

Use a digital thermometer to check for an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F to ensure your tenders are fully cooked.

Why is my potato chip chicken soggy?

If the temperature of your oven is too low, this may allow some of the sauce to seep into the chips while the chicken cooks. Make sure your oven is properly preheated to the correct temperature before you bake the chicken.
