Recipe Tips

  • Drummies and flats are my personal preference, but you could also use whole chicken wings if you prefer.
  • Your lemon pepper might be stronger or weaker depending on the brand, so give it a taste first before you decide how much extra lemon and salt you want to add.
  • These can also be air fried! Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes on each side.
  • Be sure to arrange your wings in a single layer to give the heat room to circulate and crisp up the skin.
  • If you have leftover chicken wings, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3 days or so.
  • Chicken wings can be reheated in the oven or the air fryer at 350 degrees. You can also microwave them, but they won't have the same crisp skin.
