Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pkgs Ranch seasoning
  • 2 (8 ounce) pkgs block cream cheese
  • 6-8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • green onions
  • 6-8 Buns

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker with the ranch seasoning and cream cheese. Cook on low 6-7 hours. or high 3-4 hours.
  • In a large skillet add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy remove to a plate with a paper towel to drain.
  • Using two forks shred the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top along with the crispy bacon. place the lid back on and let it melt.
  • Add green onions and serve on buns or rolls.

Notes

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs can also be used.
  • Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
