- Diced tomatoes with chiles: I used Rotel but you can also use canned diced tomatoes with a can of green chiles.
- Pasta: You can use any type of pasta you have on hand.
- Chicken breast: You can also use thighs if you prefer.
- Shredded cheese: I used Colby Jack, but you can use other varieties like shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or a mixture of different kinds
How To Make Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti
- Step 1: Add your cream of chicken soup, herbs and spices, and can of Rotel to the Crock pot.
- Step 2: Use a wooden spoon to stir. Mix it up well. Place chicken and cover with the sauce before covering with the lid to cook.
- Step 3: Remove the chicken and shred. See the tips section if you need help shredding your chicken. Return shredded chicken to the Slow Cooker.
- Step 4: Cook spaghetti using the directions on the back of the package until it reaches al dente. Add cooked pasta and shredded cheese to the slow cooker. Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 10 ounces spaghetti
- 2- 10.5 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 -10 ounce can rotel diced tomatoes with chiles undrained
- 1 ยฝ pounds chicken breast
- 2 cups shredded cheese I use Colby jack
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti to al dente according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Rotel tomatoes into the crockpot and mix.
- Place the chicken into the crockpot making sure to cover the breasts with the sauce. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked through shred it with two forks and stir.
- Add in the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese, and stir, cover with the lid for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, enjoy!

This recipe is delicious! As soon as I saw it posted I had to make it. I used the Colby Jack and wasn't sure how much cream cheese to make so I used 4 oz. I had to add more salt and pepper to taste because I found it bland. I also topped it off with grated. parmesan cheese to serve. I will make this again. Thank you.
