Recipe FAQ's

Why are my turkey stuffing rollups dried out?

If you find your turkey is a bit dry after baking, you may need to add some more of the gravy mixture to provide moisture while it cooks.

What is the secret to perfect stovetop stuffing?

Using chicken broth instead of water is a surefire way to add lots of savory flavor to your stuffing and keep it nice and moist. You can also add diced sauteed veggies like celery, onions, and carrots for some extra color and nutrition. Herbs like rage, thyme, and rosemary are also good includes for any stuffing mix and channel the flavors of Thanksgiving.

Can I use chicken instead of turkey?

Yes! Thinly sliced chicken breast works the same way. Roast chicken and rotisserie leftovers also work great.
