Chicken Caesar Salad FAQ's

What kind of chicken works best?

Rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, baked chicken, or even leftover chicken all work great in this recipe. It’s a perfect way to use up extra cooked chicken, like with my Garlic Butter Slow Cooker Chicken.

Can I use storebought caesar dressing?

You can, although I highly recommend this homemade dressing. Store-bought Caesar dressing is great in a pinch

Can I prep these ahead of time?

Yes! You can prep the filling and dressing ahead of time and store them separately in the refrigerator. For the best texture, assemble the wraps just before serving so the lettuce stays crisp and the tortilla doesn’t get soggy.

I made these awesome wraps and WOW the sauce is incredible! I followed the recipe to a T and let the sauce sit for a week - it was sooo good! The only thing I would recommend is to mix the sauce with the meat before putting on wraps, the meat was a bit dry and we had to keep dipping ours in extra sauce. Otherwise a perfect recipe we will have again and again!!

Absolutely delicious. I used half and half mayo and greek yogurt for the sauce. Also added some homemade spiced apple chutney, spring onions, teaspoon of medium curry powder, and a little black pepper.
