Recipe Tips
- Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of smoked paprika to the gravy mix for even more flavor.
- If you don't have cream of mushroom soup, you can use any of the other cream soups.
- Add sliced mushrooms, carrots, or baby potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker before adding the pork chops. They’ll soak up all that delicious gravy.
- Mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles are classic things to serve with these pork chops. You can also serve them with roasted green beans, steamed broccoli, or cornbread for a complete meal.
- Depending on what texture you want for your pork, the cook time may vary. For a firmer texture similar to chicken breasts, cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours. For more tender, "pulled" texture, cook them on low for 6-7 hours.

Recipe Faq's
Yes, you can use boneless pork chops. However, bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier and add more flavor to the gravy during the long cook time. If using boneless, reduce cooking time by about 30-45 minutes to prevent drying out.
Definitely. This easy recipe reheats beautifully! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth if needed to loosen the gravy.
It’s optional, but highly recommended. Browning them in a skillet before adding to the slow cooker gives extra flavor and helps seal in the juices.
