Ingredients Needed

- Italian Sausage: Feel free to use sweet or spicy sausage depending on your personal taste.
- Hawaiian Rolls: These amazing rolls are the best option for sliders.
- Cheese: I use a blend of shredded Mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese for this recipe.
- Olives: Sliced black olives work best.
- Unsalted Butter: For the topping that gives your sliders an extra pop of savory flavor.
- Garlic: I prefer to use fresh garlic cloves, but jarred garlic works in a pinch.
- Red Pepper Flakes: For a touch of heat.
- Pizza Sauce: Grab a jar of your favorite pizza sauce for dipping!
How to Make Pizza Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

- Step 1: In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate or bowl to drain excess grease.
- Step 2: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Don't separate them into individual rolls at this point. Place the bottoms of the rolls on a 9x13 baking sheet.
- Step 3: Add a layer of Mozzarella to the bottom buns and top with a layer of pepperoni.
- Step 4: Top with cooked sausage.

- Step 5: Add another layer of cheese, another layer of pepperoni, and finish with olives and the top buns.
- Step 6: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Step 7: Use a silicon brush to spread the garlic butter over the top of the rolls.
- Step 8: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown on top.

Recipe Tips
- Just like my Pizza Sticks, I like to serve these with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping, or use another sauce like ranch dressing.
- If you have leftover sliders, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
- Reheat sliders in the oven at 350. Start with 10 minutes and check if everything is heated through again.
- Feel free to switch up the toppings to your liking. You can easily skip the sausage and pepperoni to make these vegetarian sliders.

Recipe FAQ's
While you don't have to use Hawaiian rolls , I highly recommend them. They have a satisfying, fluffy texture and just the right amount of sweetness to balance all of the savory and hearty ingredients in these sliders.
Be sure to drain all of the grease from the sausage before adding it to the buns. Too much garlic butter may also give the top buns a slightly soggy texture.
Mozzarella is classic, but provolone, Italian blend cheese, or even cheddar can be added for extra flavor.
These Hawaiian roll pizza sliders can be prepped ahead of time. Assemble and store covered in the fridge. Brush with garlic butter just before baking.
