Sweet N Spicy grilled chicken thighs are moist, flavorful, and grilled to perfection!
Sweet n Spicy is my favorite flavor combination for chicken. It's not too spicy, with just the right amount of sweetness. It's delicious all on its own or topped on a fresh crisp salad like my Cast Iron Chicken Thighs.
Fire up the grill this summer, and make this easy recipe everyone will enjoy like my Soy Sauce Chicken Marinade.
Let the rub do its thing for at least two hours, but for best flavor refrigerate overnight.
We prefer boneless skinless chicken thighs in our house, if you only have bone in chicken thighs you can learn how to debone them here. Although you could totally use this on breasts or chicken legs if desired.

This recipe was such a winner, thank you! Wanted a quick and easy chicken dish that was on the healthier side. Could not get over how flavorful it was (even the leftovers were awesome)! Question...what temp/how long would you bake this in the oven for?
Michele
Great recipe. I even do pork chops with it. Love the flavors.
