Yes they should be fine just make sure you cover them in an airtight container. Or you could prepare them and wrap them in the dough right before baking.
Coleen
Can you make these the night before with them wrapped in dough?

Where do you get eye candy?

If using large jalapenos they still have a little firmness. Just test one with a fork and see if you want more cooking time and add 1-2 minutes until the desired softness.

Will the jalapeรฑo come out soft or crunchy?
Wendie
I would prep and assemble them and bake them at the party. If you can't do that they should travel fine, but you'll want to keep them warm.

I want to make these ahead of time for a party. Will they travel well and still be tasty?
Wendie
This appetizer is best served right out of the oven. You could make the filling etc and have everything separate then assemble and bake. Hope this helps Lauren ๐

How are these refrigerated? I want to make for my work party tomorrow but will need to make tonight and refrigerate.
