How to make these cheeseburger egg rolls
- Step 1: In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion, and dill pickles. Cook until meat is browned and break up any large chunks of meat as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Step 2: Add in Worcestershire sauce, salt pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef mixture. Stir to combine and remove meat mixture from heat.
- Step 3: Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry work surface with one corner closest to you making a diamond shape, not a square. Use a small amount of water to wet the corners of the wrapper. Take a half slice of cheese and lay it in the center of the wrapper, followed by some cheeseburger filling.
- Step 4: Take the bottom corner of the wrapper and fold it over the egg roll filling. Fold the side corners into the middle and roll the rest of the wrapper tightly towards the top corner. Continue this until all wrappers are filled.
- Step 5: Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray lightly, or brush with olive oil so the egg rolls don't stick.
- Step 6: In a single layer, place the filled egg rolls and cook until golden brown, flipping each crispy egg roll halfway through to cook evenly. Let Air Fryer Egg Rolls cool before serving.
